| Abstract: | LasR regulates toxin production in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its inhibition can attenuate the virulence of this opportunistic human pathogen. To aid studies of interactions with inhibitors, we report the NMR backbone assignments for the dimeric LasR ligand-binding domain. |
