人白细胞抗原G在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

目的：在蛋白水平检测人白细胞抗原G（HLA-G）在结直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨HLA-G分子在结直肠癌不同分级和不同分期中的表达差异及在肿瘤逃逸中作用。方法：用免疫组织化学法检测结直肠癌和癌旁正常结直肠组织HLA-G的表达情况,用SPSS13.0软件、Kruskal-Wallis test进行分析。结果：HLA-G分子在结直肠癌组织中的表达率为42.3%（41/97）,在癌旁正常结直肠组织的表达率为0（0/20）;HLA-G分子表达与结直肠癌临床TNM分期（P〈0.05）和组织学分级（P〈0.01）相关。结论：HLA-G分子在结直肠癌组织中表达上调,且与结直肠癌的侵袭性生长密切相关;HLA-G分子可能下调宿主对肿瘤细胞的免疫应答反应,使肿瘤细胞逃避机体的免疫监视。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Human Leucocyte Antigen Protein G in Colorectal Cancer

Objective： To investigate the expression of human leucocyte antigen protein G（HLA-G） in different histological grade and clinical TNM phase of colorectal cancer patients and to explore the role of HLA-G in tumor escape. Methods： The expression of HLA-G in normal colorectal tissues and colorectal cancer tissues was examined by immunohistochemistry, Kruskal-Wallis test in SPSS software versions 13.0 was used to analyze the statistical significance. Results： The positive expression rate of HLA-G was 42.3%（41/97） in colorectal cancer and 0（0/20） in normal colorectum. The expression of HLA-G was positively correlated with clinical TNM phase（P〈0.05） and histological grade（P〈0.01）. Conclu- sion： The up-regulation expression of HLA-G associated with invasive growth of colorectal cancer implied that HLA-G might down-regulate the host＇s immunological response and thereby favour the immune escape of tumor cells.
