吉林省蝗虫一新种（直翅目：丝角蝗科）

1987年7～8月,作者在吉林省西部草原进行调查时采到的蝗虫,经鉴定整理,发现雏蝗属一新种,现报导如下。模式标本保存在东北师范大学生物系动物标本室。

A New Species of Grasshopper (Orthoptera:Oedipodidae) from Jilin Province, China

The present paper deals with a new species of the genus Chorthippus Fieb. collected from Jilin Province, China. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Northeastern Normal University.Chorthippus minutus, sp. nov. (Figs. 1 - 7)This new species is allied to Ch. maerkangensis Zheng and Ch. yuanshanensis Zheng, but differs from the latter two species by the following characters: 1) It differs from Ch. maerkangensis by the elytra longer and extending beyond the top of hind femur. 2) It differs from Ch. yuanshanensis by the elytra with costa and subcosta veins of male curved as S-shaped, the hind knees with same colour as hind femora; the female with the elytra longer and extending beyond the top of hind femur; and body smaller.Holotype (?) , allotype (?), paratypes 25 (?)
