| Abstract: | The principles of treating chromatographic data are considered to allow the determination of number of components, equilibrium and kinetic association constants of proteins by means of micro-column exclusion chromatography. The method is developed to study protein association in cases complicated by adsorption. The potentialities of the chromatographic method have been examined for the study of the mechanism of enzyme catalytic action. |
