Abstract: | Eleven polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed to delineate population structure of Ammodytes personatus. These markers had between 8 and 27 alleles. Expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.818 to 0.965, whereas the observed heterozygosity
ranged from 0.441 to 0.886. Five of the eleven markers conformed to Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. We believe the markers will
be useful for genetic diversity study of A. personatus. |
