摘    要:近年来,对氟康唑敏感性差的非白色念珠菌的分离率逐渐上升,而现有的抗真菌药品种少,且大多价格昂贵、或毒副作用大,使它们的临床应用受到限制。因此联合用药特别是与中药联合成为研究热点。研究表明,有些中药成分与氟康唑联合具有协同抗真菌作用。该文就中药成分与氟康唑联合抗非白色念珠菌作用及机制的研究进展进行综述,旨在为新型抗真菌药物的研究提供参考。

Research progress of the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine ingredient and fluconazole against non-Candida aibicans

Abstract:For the past few years, non-Candida albicans which bearing poor sensitivity to fluconazole are isolated frequently, while the available anti-fungal agents are limited for its high price or toxicity. Thus, com- bination approach especially with Traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) has become a research hotspot. It has been reported that some of the ingredients of TCM show synergistic antifungal effect with fluconazole. In this review, we review the synergistic effects of TCM and fluconazole against non-Candida albicans as well as the related mechanisms, so as to provide references for the development of novel antifungal drugs.
