| Abstract: | In order to improve the PCR products and its further cloning efficiency, we introduce several methologies on primer design, recovery of target DNA fragment, ligation system, etc. Cloning through the restriction enzyme incorporated in the primer, blunt-end ligation, several knacks in our work are also presented in this paper. |
