| 摘 要： | 作者分析了我国产的5种云杉的核型,结果如下:红皮云杉,2n=24=20m(4sc)+4sm;白扦2n=24=22m(6sc)+2sm+2B;青扦,2n=24=16m(6sc)+8sm+2B;雪岭杉2n=24=20m(6sc)+4sm;鱼鳞云杉,2n=24=22m(4sc)+2sm+1B。

| Abstract: | The present paper deals with a study of the karyotype analysis of 5 species of genus Picea.The chromosome count and karyotypes of 4 species are reported for the first time,the numbers of chromosome of root tip cell have been found to be 24.3 species with B-chromosomes. The karyotype formula are as follows:P. koraiensis, 2n=24=20m(4sc)+4smP. meyeri, 2n=24=22m(6sc)+2sm+2BP. wilsonii, 2n=24=16m(6sc)+8sm+2BP. schrenkiana, 2n=24=20m(6sc)+4smP. jezonensis var. microsperma, 2n=24=22m(4sc)+2sm+1B. |
