中国东部亚热带青冈种群叶片的生态解剖

摘    要:运用生态解剖学的方法对我国亚热带东部分布的10个青冈种群叶片的解剖特征进行了比较分析,结果如下:①青冈叶片结构在种群间存在着广泛的差异,这种差异是青冈适应不同环境条件的结构基础。青冈叶片各部分结构特征在种群间的变化不晃同步的,变异系数(CV)在6.0%~20.5%之间;变异幅度最大的是栅栏组织和上角质膜厚度,最小的是下表皮厚度。②相关分析表明,温度和降雨是影响青冈叶片地理变异的主导因子,其中温度、

Abstract:As a dominant or companion species in communities, Cyclobalanopsis glauca widely distributes in the subtropical area of China.Based on the method of eco anatomy,the variation of leaf anatomical characters among 10 natural Cyclobalanopsis glauca populations from the eastern subtropical zone in China were studied and the results are as follows.1.There are wide differences in leaf anatomical characters among 10 Cyclobalanopsis glauca populations.Their coefficient of variations (CVs) are from 6.0% to 20.5%.The one of palisade and upper cuticle thickness is the highest,the one of lower epidermis thickness is the lowest.These differences are believed to be the basis of their adapting to a range of environmental conditions.2.From a correlation analysis,temperature and rainfall are two main environmental factors leading to the geographical differences of leaf anatomical characters.There is a significant negative correlation between temperature,especially the mean temperature in January,and leaf thickness(palisade thickness also included),and this correlation also lies between rainfall and lower cuticle thickness.But soil may become a key factor to influence leaf anatomical characters in some local areas.The results of TWINSPAN and DCA show that the thick cuticles or leaves may adapt to low temperature and rainfall,or and the limestone. On the contrary,the thin cuticles or leaves to high temperature and rainfall,or and the acid soil.3.leaf anatomical characters themselves are considered not enough to be used to define ecotypes of Cyclobalanopsis glauca, because their CVs among the populations are less than 50%.
