Abstract: | Three plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria viz. Bacillus megaterium, B. subtilis and Pseudomonas corrugata were used for biological hardening of micropropagated plantlets of Picrorhiza kurrooa. The bacterial isolates antagonized the fungal spp. postulated to cause death of micropropagated plants in plate-based assays
and positively influenced survival and growth parameters in greenhouse investigation. |
