| Abstract: | The amino acid composition of ferredoxins from Chlorobium thiosulfatophilum 8327 and Chloropseudomonas ethylicum, like C. thiosulfatophilum Tassajara, resembled ferredoxins from nonphotosynthetic anaerobes rather than Chromatium; the terminal sequences, however, more closely resembled Chromatium ferredoxin. |
