鼻蝇亚科(Rhiniinae)是双翅目丽蝇科(Calliphoridae)中比较特殊的一大类群,因此也有人把它从丽蝇科分出,独立成科的。其特征有口上片突出如鼻状,后头上部大半是裸出的,约占整个头的宽度的范围内连粉被也缺如;r脉的上方沿后侧有一列明晰的小刚毛,翅下大结节上无立纤毛,下腋瓣裸。主要分布在东洋区、非洲区、大洋洲区以及古北区南缘。目前全世界已知有22个属,近300种,曾有报道其幼虫寄生于白蚁巢内及蝗

DISCUSSION ON THE TRIBAL SUBDIVISION OF RHINHNAE WITH DESCRIPTIONS OF TWO NEW SPECIES (Diptera: Calliphoridae)

In the present study subgrouping in this subfamily has been revised in detail on the basis of genitalia of both sexes. The systematic schema of female genitalia coincides closely with that of the male. Although it is still held that this subfamily may be divided into 2 tribes, viz Cosminini and Rhiniini, the former tribe is primitive and may include 4 subtribes-Rhyncomyina, Cosminina, Isomyiina and Borbororhiniina, and the latter tribe is an advanced one represented by the single subtribe Rhiniina. The genera Borbororhinia and Alikangiella are now preferably combined into a subtribe under Cosminini and not placed in a different tribe as suggested by Malloch (1926).A draft key to the subtribes of the subfamily Rhiniinae is given in the Chinese text.1. Cosmina hainanensis, sp.nov. (Figs.3A-B)(?): Body length 7 mm. Allied to Cosmina biplumosa (Senior-White,) from which it may be distinguished by femora black, but extreme tips yellow and palpi brownish yellow at base.Holotype (?) , Hainan Island.The type is deposited in the Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, PLA, Beijing, China.2. Strongyloneuraflavipilicoxa, sp.nov. (Figs.3C-E)(?) : Body length 5. 5 mm. Very closely related to Strongyloneura prasina Bigot, 1886, but well separated from the latter by having hind-coxa without black hairs on anteroventral surface, the surstylus straight and stout, as well as black spot on gena smaller than that in St. prasina.Holotype (?) , Menghun, Yunnan.The type is deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.
