加强传染病管理与医院感染管理

目的:探讨传染病防治管理措施的应用价值与效果.方法:以2009年1月至2010年6月间的院内管理为对照组；以2010年7月至2011年12月间的院内管理措施为研究组,采用传染病防治管理措施.结果:两组管理方法传染病患者发生率无显著差异(P＞0.05)；研究组传染病预防管理措施院内感染发生率明显低于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P＜0.05).研究组管理方法下患者临床满意度明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:传染病预防管理措施有利于有效阻断院内感染源的传播,进而减少交叉感染发生率,提高患者满意度.

Strengthen the Management of Infectious Diseases and Hospital Infection Control

Objective: To discuss the application value and effects of infectious disease prevention and management measures.Method: Management methods in-hospital between Jan,2009 to Jun,2010 was distributed into Control group,and management methods of infectious disease prevention management measures between July,2010 to Dec,2011 was distributed into Study group.Result: Rate of infectious diseases of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Rate of in-hospital infection in Study group was significantly lower than Control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction of Study group was significantly higher than Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Infectious disease prevention management measures conducive to the effective blocking nosocomial infections in the spread of the source,thereby reducing the incidence of cross infection and improve patient satisfaction.
