食管癌颈部吻合口瘘护理效果评价

目的:探讨食管癌根治术后并发症--颈部吻合口瘘患者的具体护理措施。方法:对2009年1月～2012年1月在我科行食管癌根治术后发生颈部吻合口瘘的患者在康复过程中的护理方法进行探索和总结。结果:16例并发吻合口瘘患者均治愈出院,其中15例患者瘘口在8～20天愈合,1例患者因营养状况较差,身体消瘦,吻合口瘘在45天愈合。结论:术后密切观察,早期诊断,吻合口瘘发生后积极的宣教,有针对性的选择不同方式的瘘口护理、基础护理、营养护理和心理护理有利于患者颈部吻合口瘘的早期愈合和术后身体的顺利康复。

Evaluation on Effect of Nursing in Leakage at Cervical Region afterOperation for Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the nursing measures of anastomotic fistula after the radical operation of esophaghogeal carcinoma.Methods: Explore and summarize the nursing measures of 16 patients who occurring anastomotic fistula of esophaghogeal carcinoma between January 2009 and January 2012.Results: 16 cases which complicated with anastomotic leakage were cured and survived.Among 16 cases with leakages at cervical region,15 cases heald after 8～20 days,and 1 cases healed 45 days because of extreme malnutrition and emaciation.Conclusions: Observing disease closely after operation and early diagnosis are very important,as well as health education,choosing different ways of nursing for different patients is benefit for early healing of leakage at cervical region and rehabilitation.
