音乐疗法在眶壁骨折围手术期护理中的应用研究

目的:观察音乐疗法在眶壁骨折围手术期对患者焦虑情绪和术后疼痛程度的影响.方法:自2010年3月至2011年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一临床医院眼科医院共收治眶壁骨折患者40例,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用常规术前健康护理和心理指导,观察组给予音乐疗法,比较两组患者围手术期的焦虑程度和术后疼痛的程度；运用SPSS11.5进行统计学处理.结果:观察组采用音乐疗法后,观察组在围手术期的焦虑自评量表评分及疼痛程度均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:音乐疗法能改善眶壁骨折患者围手术期的焦虑状态和减轻术后的疼痛程度,使手术病人顺利渡过围手术期,促进术后恢复,是一种受患者欢迎的辅助治疗方法.

Music Therapy and its Application Study for Patients of Perioperative Period with Orbital Fractures

Objective: To study the effect of music therapy on perioperative period anxiety and postoperative pain of patients with orbital fractures.Methods: Cliniacal data were selected from March 2010 to December 2011 in the Eye Hospital of First Clinical Hospital of Harbin Medical University.40 patients were treated with orbital fracture.Randomly divided the 40 patients into experimental and control groups,both groups used conventional mental health education and guidance,the experimental group also received the music therapy,to compare perioperative period anxiety and postoperative pain of the two groups patients.Results: After the experimental group received the music therapy,the perioperative period anxiety and postoperative pain of the experimental group was lower than that of control group.P<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions: Music therapy can relieve perioperative period anxiety and postoperative pain of patients with orbital fractures.Let the patients go through an easy period of the recovery.And promote the recovery.And it is a popular accepted accessorial therapy for cancer patients.
