| Abstract: | An apparatus is described which permits continuous assays of hydrogen peroxide production from biological materials, including whole cells. Temperature in the assay mixture is controlled, for work above or below room temperatures. Data obtained by use of the apparatus are presented, as illustration of the effects of temperature upon peroxide output. |
