| Abstract: | The effect of preincubation of brain homogenates on the subsequent uptake of [3H]GABA was studied in rat thalamus and corpus striatum. The results show that in both brain regions preincubation causes a decrease in the initial rate of [3H]GABA influx, the phenomenon being most evident in the thalamus. |
