| Abstract: | Synthesis and biological evaluation of an arylsulfonamide class of gamma-secretase inhibitors are described. Design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of multifunctional molecular probes harboring a benzophenone photophore as a cross-linking group and a biotin tag are also reported. |
