| 摘 要： | 转基因动物的建立,是一项复杂的系统工程,所涉及的环节众多,工作量大。而其中重要的一步,转基因动物的鉴定,则是对在此之前所进行的工作进行检验的关键。选用有效的方法,则能迅速、准确地鉴定出转基因。近年来,这方面技术发展迅速,许多新思路、新方法不断出现,本文对此进行了综述。
