| 摘 要： | 用作样品支持物喷碳的铜网，磷钨酸染色制备血源乙肝疫苗电镜检测样品。４９３批血源乙肝疫苗的镜检结果显示：经溴化钾和蔗糖离心后，原料血浆中的Ｄａｎｅ颗粒和管形颗粒已去除，只观察到２２－２４纳米的ＨＢｓＡｇ球形颗粒。

| Abstract: | We describe the method of specimen preparation of hepatitis B vaccine for the examination with transmission electromicroscope.The specimens were sustained with a copper net and stained with phosphotungstic Acid.In sera collected from patients of hepatitis B we observed numerous 22 nm spherical particles,filaments and few Dane particles.The 22 nm spherical particals and the filaments are empty envelopes carrying HBsAg.The virion (Dane particle) consists of an envelope carrying HBsAg,a capsid carrying HBcAg and the circular DNA molecule.The electromicroscope studies of the 493 lots vaccine of hepatitis B revealed that there were only numerous 22 nm spherical particales in the vaccine speciments. |
