Abstract: | In this study, we present for the first time: (1) evidence regarding tyrosine phosphorylation of myosin heavy chain, (2) evidence that insulin can phosphorylate myosin, (3) association of myosin with Csk, a signalling molecule, (4) modulation of this association by insulin, and (5) evidence that these interactions are associated with skeletal muscle differentiation. |
