摘    要:用琼脂扩散法对从药用植物中分离到的12个黄酮和5个甾体化合物进行了抗真菌活性实验,其中黄芩甙元(baicalein)、funkioside C和胡萝卜甙(daucosterol)对尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)的生长均有抑制作用,对尖孢镰刀菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.112、0.217和0.108g/L,对白色念珠菌的MIC分别为0.264、0.310和0.078g/L。对其构效关系进行了初步讨论。

Abstract:The antifungal activities of. 12 flavonoids and 5 steroids were screened by the method of agar diffusion test. Compounds baicalein(1) ,funkioside C(14)and daucosterol(17)showed antifungal activities of inhibiting growth of both Fusarium oxysporum and Candida albicans. The values of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of compounds 1,14 and 17 on growth of F. oxysporum were measured as 0. 112g/L,0. 217g/L and 0. 109g/L respectively,and MIC values of Compounds 1,14 and 17 on growth of C. albicans were measured as 0. 264g/L, 0. 310g/L and 0. 078g/L respectively. The relationships between the structures and their antifungal activities were discussed.
