| 摘 要： | 应用蕲蛇酶治疗冠心病６５例，其中中医辨证分型属气虚血瘀１２例，气阴虚血瘀２２例，疾浊血瘀２５例，阴虚血瘀６例，经１～３疗程（每疗程７～１０ｄ）显效５３例，改善１１例，总有效率达９８．４６％。以气虚血瘀及气阴虚血瘀者疗效较佳

| Abstract: | cases of coronary heart disease were treated by Agkistrodon acutus enzyme According to the traditional Chinese medical classification, the patients were classified into: deficient vital energy and blood stasis type,12 cases; impairment of vital energy and Yin, and blood stasis type, 22 cases; thick phlegm and blood stagnation type, 25 cases; and deficient Yin and blood stagnation type, 6 cases Results after 1-3 courses of treatment: significant effect, 53 cases; improvement, 11 cases; total effective rate, 98 46% The results of those patients belonging to the deficient vital energy and blood stasis type and impairment of vital energy and Yin, and blood stasis type were more significant |
