生物芯片在食品检测中的应用

摘    要:生物芯片是上世纪末发展起来的一种微量分析技术,因具有准确、快速、信息量大等特点而发展迅速。简要介绍了生物芯片的基本原理、种类及其X-作原理与应用前景,并深入探讨了生物芯片在食品检测中的应用,包括对转基因食品、食品微生物、食品营养成分、食品原料等的检测;对现今生物芯片应用中存在的问题与未来的发展前景做了分析展望。

Abstract:Biochip technology is a kind of novel microanalysis technology which has developed since 1990s. In this paper, the fundamental mechanism and varieties of the biochip were briefly introduced, and three most typical biochips, gene chip, protein chip, tissue chip were discussed, their basic principles and prospect of applications were introduced. The discussions were mainly focused on the food detection. Its applications in genetically modified organism food detection; food microbiological detection, food nutritional ingredients detection, food material detection were summarized. In addition, the current status and perspectives of the biochip were discussed.
