| Abstract: | G−50 → T promoter polymorphism of the gene encoding human epoxygenase 2J2 in 107 patients with acute coronary syndrome and in 104 healthy people was determined. It was shown that interrelation of genotypes G/G, G/T, and T/T was 91, 9, and 0%, respectively (in the control, 92, 7, and 1%; P > 0.05 by the χ2 test). The data indicate that epoxygenase 2J2 gene polymorphism is not a risk factor of acute coronary syndrome in the population of the Ukraine. |
