元宝枫叶中2种活性成分提取工艺研究

摘    要:元宝枫叶为原料,优化槲皮素、山奈酚的提取工艺。运用正交实验法考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对提取率的影响。结果表明,元宝枫叶提取槲皮素、山奈酚最佳工艺为:以20倍样品量的水煎煮提取2次,每次3h。该工艺可使样品中2种活性成分有效提取分离,并经济、环保。

Abstract:The materials were the leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge and the extract technology of quercetin and kaempferol was optimized. The effection of the extractive rate was reviewed by using the orthorhombic experiment to investgate the ratio of material and liquid, the time of extraction and the times of extraction. The result showed this technology which decoct and distill materal two times and 3 h one time with 20 times water was the best technology to extract the quercetin and kaempferol in the leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge. The two active components in sample can be extracted efficiently by using this technology which was economical and environmental.
