Background
Oncolytic viruses that specifically target tumor cells are promising anti-cancer therapeutic agents. The interaction between
an oncolytic virus and tumor cells is amenable to mathematical modeling using adaptations of techniques employed previously
for modeling other types of virus-cell interaction.
