| 摘 要： | 对灵芝发酵液抑瘤作用做初步研究。研究表明灵芝发酵液（GLF）能显著延长腹水瘤小鼠的生存期（P＜0．005），对实体瘤具有显著抑制作用，抑瘤率为64．84％（P＜0．01）。灵芝发酵液体外对3种瘤细胞无直接杀伤作用（P＜0．05）。分析灵芝发酵液的抗瘤作用可能是通过机体免疫系统介导的。

| Abstract: | The antitumor effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative Liquid(GLF)was studied in this experiment.The results showed that GLF possessed antitumor activities by intraperitoneal in the treated group was 28.4±5.83 days.It was loger than that in the control group(13.7±0.82 days P<0.005).The tumor growth of the treated group was supressed and the tumor inhibition rate reached 64.84%.However,in vitro,GLF showed no direct cytotoxicity to kinds of tumor cells,which indicated that the antitumor effects of GLF was mediated by the host. |
