| Abstract: | The research progress of virus detection techniques in orchid was reviewed,and the application of serological detection assay and molecular biological detection assay was also introduced in detail.Moreover,the merit and demerit of some detection assays were summarized,which afforded reference for the establishment of convenient detection techniques in orchid industry. |
