Abstract: | Spectrum and coherent EEG analysis has been made at 109 pregnant women during 35-36 weeks of gestation. It has been shown, that functional interhemispherical asymmetry of the brain is the sensible parameter of normal and complicated gestation. It has been found out that as for normal pregnancy prevailing activation in central and temple areas of the brain contralateral to the side of placenta placement in uterus is characteristic. The development of gestation complications accompanied by the inversion of interhemispherical asymmetry of EEG activation. It was pointed out that correlative relations of bioelectrical activity of the brain in women with normal gestation are the indicator of dominating of nervous centers of left hemisphere in the integrational process. |
