摘    要:对不同属间小RNA病毒基因重组株c731,进行了病毒与细胞亲和力、毒蛋白的PAGE,病毒的乳鼠毒力和免疫原性试验,进一步证实,c731是口蹄疫病毒和猪肠道病毒通过基因重组产生的新病毒株。

Abstract:In a previous paper, we reported 10 genetic recombinants of FMDV and EV isolated by dual infection of IBRS-2 cell culture with these two viruses. A cloned strain, c731, was obtained, which possessed some properties of both FMDV and EV.In this paper we report the results of further characterization of c73l strain.Vpl of c731 capsid was found to be a hybrid protein reacting with both EMDV and EV antisera. The virulence of c731 for mice was mardekly lower than that of the original FMDV strain. Inoculation with c731 resulted in antibody production and protection against challenge with virulent FMDV virus.
