A series of uracil and theophylline derivatives was synthesized. 4-Amino-1,3-dimethyl-5-non-anoylaminouracil displayed the most pronounced effect of thein vitro stimulation of the 2-deoxyglucose transport into hepatic rat cells. Deceased.
