| 摘 要： | 利用PCR技术，从质粒pRSET／mIGFBP-7中获得目的基因小鼠胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-7（mIGFBP-7），将其插入质粒pcDNA3．1／HisB中，构建了含mIGFBP-7的真核表达重组质粒pcDNA3．1／mIGFBP-7。经测序鉴定，重组质粒构建正确，为下一步对其功能研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The cDNA encoding mouse insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7(mIGFBP-7)was amplified from the plasmid pRSET/mIGFBP-7 by PCR,and inserted into plasmid pcDNA3.1/HisB,construct an eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3.1/mIGFBP-7,which contain mIGFBP-7.The recombinant plasmid were identified by sequencing,lays the foundation for further studying. |
