摘    要:在实验室模拟条件下研究了土著放线菌Streptomyces hygroscopicus A-4对植物病原微生物Fusarium avenaceum 7/2根中定殖及对冬黑麦(Secale cеreale L.)和红三叶草(Trifolium pratense L.)幼苗污染的影响。检测了冬黑麦和红三叶草根际的世代间关系。结果表明:播种前用S.hygroscopicus孢子处理种子,幼苗根中植物病原微生物菌丝大量减少,感染率下降60%~70%,根的生长加快。从生态安全的角度讨论了增强土壤抑制自然病害特性及利用原核细胞提高植物抵抗病原体稳定性的可能性。

Abstract:The effects of the indigenous actinomycetes on the phytopathogenic micromycete Fusarium avenaceum 7/2 colonization of the roots, and contamination of the seedlings of winter rye (Secale cereale L.)and red clover (Trifolium pratense L.)were studied in laboratory simulation experiments. Interpopulatinal relatinships in the rhizosphere of winter rye and red clover were examined. The results show that using the spores of Streptomyces hygroscopicus after the seeds were processed but before they were sown, the amount of phytopathogenic micromycetes mycelium decreased, the seedling contamination rate dropped by 60%-70% and the growth of roots was stimulated. In connection with ecological safety the capability to increase natural disease suppressive soil properties and stability of plants to pathogens using prokaryotes was discussed.
