| Abstract: | Standardizing the management of medical complaints is increasingly becoming one of the goals to improve and enhance the medical quality by medical institutions. The paper is to analyze the basic situation,features and the adaptation range of the 5 kinds of common medical complaints management models in China at present, and to provide reference for various medical institutions to establish and perfect medical complaints management system. |
