| 摘 要： | 本文研究了从本校分离的丛枝菌根真菌缩球囊霉Glomus constrictum的孢子萌发和萌发孢子的细胞核DAPI(46-diamidino-2-phenylindol)染色。结果显示,G. constrictum孢子直径为179.5-198.7μm ,顶生于产孢菌丝上。经表面消毒处理后,孢子在水琼脂平板上7天开始萌发。DAPI染色后,经稀释荧光计数,单个孢子细胞核数目约为5300,在孢子中无序分布, 细胞核直径约为9.9-11.2μm 。孢子萌发过程中,细胞核总数无明显变化,只是部分细胞核从孢子流向了萌发伸长的菌丝。

SPORE GERMINATION AND NUCLEAR DISTRIBUTION IN SPORES AND GERM TUBES OF GLOMUS CONSTRICTUM |

| Abstract: | Spore germination and nuclei stained By DAPI(4?-diamidino-2 -phenylindol) of Glomus constrictum were observed. The results showed that the diameter of G. constritum spore was 179.5-198.7μm and it grew on the spore-bearing hyphae. After the treatment using 2% chloramine T, 0.02% streptomycin and 0.01% gentamycin solution AMF spores started to germinate on 0.8% water agar plates in 7 days. Count and measurement by means of diluting fluorescence conuting methed showed that the number of nuclei was about 5300 in an individual spore, they were irregular in spore distribution, and the nuclear diameter was about 9.9-11.2μm. During spore germination, the total number of nuclei in a spore was constant, only part of nuclei flowed from the spore to germinant hyphae. |
