| 摘 要： | 本文概述了离子通道马尔科夫模型的计算机模拟方法，通过对两个门控模型模拟数据的多指数函数法与本文作者提出的连续分组平均开放时间法检测结果的对比研究，探讨了新方法在检测通道开放状态时的效应和适用范围，以及有关的一些问题．本文提供的模拟研究方法对研究生物医学的其它问题也有参考价值．

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the theory of computer simulation of Markov models of ion channel gating.The detecting result of the method of multi-exponential components of simulation data of two gating models was compared with that of the method of mean open duration of consecutive groups raised by the authors,who probed into the effect and the applicative range of the new method. |
