摘    要:该文概括了低温纤维素酶的特性,总结低温纤维素酶高产菌筛选、低温纤维素酶基因克隆、低温降解纤维素复合菌系选育的国内外研究进展,对今后纤维素酶高产菌的选育的发展趋势作了分析和综述.

Abstract:The present review generalizes the characteristics of cold-adapted cellulase,summarizes the advance in screening of cellulase-producing microbes under low-temperature.Gene cloning of cold-adapted cellulase and microbial community for degradation of cellulose under low-temperature environment,Trend of cellulase-producing microbes screening is analysed and reviewed.
