| Abstract: | In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed on 470 vaginal isolates from women with bacterial vaginosis and three species of Lactobacillus, to metronidazole and tinidazole using the agar dilution method. There was no significant difference observed in the inhibitory activity of either drug to any of the isolates tested. |
