| Abstract: | Analysis by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate of the mitochondrially translated polypeptides of mucidin-resistant mutantsmuc1, muc2 andmuc3 failed to reveal any modification in the electrophoretic mobility of apocytochromeb coded for by sequences of mitochondrial DNA comprising these mutations. |
