阳桃的组织培养与快速繁殖

以阳桃茎段为材料进行组培快繁。结果表明：阳桃离体培养的细胞分裂素以ZT的效果最好，其次是BA，KT最差；植物生长调节物质是NAA最好，其次是IBA、IAA；较适宜的植物生长调节物质配比为BA 0．5mg L^-1 NAA 0．2mg L^-1 GA 0．2mg L^-1，增殖系数高达3．7，而且畸苗率较低(23．3％)。生根培养基以1／2MS IBA 0．2mg L^-1 IAA 0．1mg L^-1效果好，生根率达87．1％，蔗糖浓度以2．0％一3．0％为宜。

Rapid in vitro Propagation of Averrhoa carambola

Nodal regments of tropical fruit Averrhoa carambola (Oxalidaceae) were used as explants to investigate optimum conditions for rapid propagation. Among cytokinins (1.0 mg L-1), zeatin (1.0 mg L-1) was best for culture, and kinetin (1.0 mg L-1) the worst. MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L-1 BA, 0.2 mg L-1 NAA and 0.2 mg L-1 GA was optimal for the plantlet growth, the proliferation coefficient being as high as 3.7, and the rate of abnormal plantlets was only 23.3%. As for rooting, half-strengh MS medium containing 0.2 mg L-1 IBA, 0.1 mg L-1 IAA and 2%-3% sucrose was the best. The rooting rate was 87.1%.
