| Abstract: | In this issue of Molecular Cell, Hewawasam et al. (2010) and Ranjitkar et al. (2010) identify and characterize Psh1, an E3 ubiquitin ligase that specifically targets the centromeric histone Cse4 in budding yeast and limits its misincorporation at noncentromeric regions. |
