摘    要:心肌肥厚是心血管疾病常见的临床并发症 ,与冠心病、心衰、脑卒中等心血管疾病密切相关1] ,其发生机制目前仍不清楚 .探讨其机制将为心肌肥厚及相关疾病的研究和治疗提供有益的线索 .本研究选用腹主动脉绑扎的左心室肥厚大鼠模型 ,运用差减杂交法 ,研究其中相关基因的表达变化 .1 材料和方法1 .1 压力负荷型左心室肥厚大鼠模型采用腹主动脉缩窄法2 ] :雄性健康 Wistar大鼠 ( 2 0 0 g左右 )用速眠新 846合剂麻醉 ,将直径 0 .7mm的小圆棒以3/0丝线绕腹主动脉一起绑紧 ,抽出小圆棒 .对照组行假手术 .大鼠血压测量采用颈动脉插管 (术后 2 8…

Abstract:Cardiac hypertrophy is intensively related with the morbidity of heart failure,atherosclerosis and stroke.The rat models of left ventricular hypertrophy caused by abdominal aorta constriction and the method of subtractive hybridization to isolate genes expressing differently were used during cardiac hypertrophy.24 cDNA segments were isolated and identified by colony and dot hybridization.Sequence homogenous comparison showed that some of them were very similar to known genes or segments,others were limitedly homogenous and the rest were not found to be significantly homogenous.
