摘    要:茉莉酸甲酯能减缓水分胁迫时期花生幼苗(三叶期)叶片相对合水量的降低,明显提高抗旱性。经过茉莉酸甲酯处理的花生幼苗,在水分胁迫条件下,体内超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性下降程度比未经处理的轻,超氧物歧化酶同工酸酶带数则较多,抗坏血酸含量也较高,以减少雨二醛在叶片中的积累。

Abstract:Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)seedlings were grown in 1/2 Knop solution containing methyl jasmonate (MJ)at 0, 100, 200 and 400 mg/L.At three-leaf sarge, seedlings were transferred to polyethylene glycol (MW 6000) solution for 0, 1, 2 and 3 days to investigate the effect of quenching of oxidants by MJ on drought resistance. The relative water content (Fig. 1) and permeability (Fig. 2) in leaves could be reduced when the seedlings were treated with MJ. After MJ treatment, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (Fig.3) and catalase (CAT) (Fig. 5) in seedlings were found to be kept at higher levels than those of the control.Some new SOD isoenzymic bands(Fig.4) were observed 2 days after MJ application. Ascorbic acid content (Fig.6) was higher in MJ-treated seedling than the control. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) (Fig. 7 ), substance toxic to the membrane, was decreased when the seedlings were treated with MJ during drought. MJ, therefore,could increase the levels of protective enzymes such as SOD and CAT which were able to remove superoxide and H2O2, respectively, and eventually,protected the integrity of plasmamembrane from drought damage. The higher the concentration of MJ applied, the more remarkable the effect will be, but a concentration of 200 mg/L of MJ may be an optimal one for peanut to resist drought.
