UVB诱导的绿豆下胚轴原生质体收缩效应

摘    要:UV-B处理外起绿豆幼苗下胚轴原生质体的收缩;绿豆幼苗的下胚轴的伸长亦受UV-B处理的显著抑制。统计分析证实两者呈显著正相关(r^2=0.8066)。这一结果表明,UV-B对绿豆下胚轴生长的抑制作用与不胚轴细胞伸长受到抑制相关。

Abstract:Mung bean(Phaseolus radiatus L.) was grown with supplemental 0.25 or 0.5 W/m 2 UVB radiation. Hypocotyl elongation was obviously inhibited by 6 dayUVB exposure. It was also observed that UVB induced shrinking of protoplasts isolated from hypocotyl of mung bean seedlings. Statistical analysis confirmed the positive correlation of protoplast volume with hypocotyl length. Based on the results, it is suggested that inhibition of hypocotyl elongation might be related to the shrinking of hypocotyl protoplasts.
