| Abstract: | Levels of unscheduled DNA synthesis after UV-irradiation were investigated in addition to the activities of DNA-repair enzyme uracil-DNA glycosilase in cells of both diploid (XC-D) and tetraploid (XC-T) cell cultures. It was shown that repair levels were increasing directly and proportionally to the cell ploidy. |
