| 摘 要： | 从抚顺东部山区不同植被类型土壤中分离出627株放线菌,对其进行了皿内琼脂平板拮抗实验,抑菌试验结果表明,XY-8菌株对致病性弧菌、气单胞菌等供试病原菌有强烈的拮抗作用。根据XY-8菌株的形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征及细胞壁化学成分分析,均符合放线菌分类系统中关于链霉菌的定义。

| Abstract: | 627 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from the eastern mountainous area in Fushun(Liaoning Province).The results of antibacterial activities showed that XY-8 had a strong sense of antagonism against pathogenic Vibrio and Aeromonas.The morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical characteristics of XY-8 all met the requirements of the definition of Streptomyces taxonomy system. |
