| Abstract: | The authors describe surgical treatment for high risk patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms of complicated morphology for standard endovascular repair. This was achieved by combining endovascular stent-grafting for aneurysmal sac exclusion with conventional vascular surgical procedures. |
