| 摘 要： | 在二歧鹿角蕨孢子体的组织培养中，通过适宜的培养基诱导形成绿色球状体(GGB)，再采用添加植物生长调节物质以及恰当的选材，可促进GGB的生长和芽分化，经生根培养、炼苗和移栽可获得大量种苗。

| Abstract: | In tissue culture of the sporophyte of Platycerium bifurcatum,Green globoid bodys (GGB) were abducted by fitting culture medium.With the growth regulative substance of plant and select material seemly,GGB would grow bud and root.By the way of taking exercise and transplanting seeding,we can attaina great deal of young plants. |
