褐蘑菇碱提物降血糖作用研究

目的：研究褐蘑菇碱提物的降血糖作用。方法：四氧嘧啶灌胃造高血糖小鼠模型,随机分成6组,分别是正常对照组、模型对照组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组,前两组以生理盐水连续灌胃7d,阳性对照组灌胃消渴丸溶液连续7d。高、中、低剂量组（100、200、400mg/kg）以褐蘑菇碱提物溶液连续灌胃7d,摘眼球取血,测定空腹血糖值。结果：高、中、低剂量组对糖尿病小鼠的降糖率分别是16.9%、20.2%和15.1%,阳性对照组的降糖率是25.1%。结论：褐蘑菇碱提物中剂量组降糖效果要优于高、低剂量组。褐蘑菇碱提物能显著降低四氧嘧啶所制备的糖尿病小鼠血糖浓度。

Study on Hypoglycemic Activity of Extract from Agaricus bisporus

Objective: To analysis of the hypoglycemic effect of alkaline extract of Agaricus bisporus. Method: The models of pouring the Alloxan into the stomach of tlie made hyperglycemic mice were randomly divided into six groups, namely, normal control group, model control group, high-dose group, middle dose group, low-dose group, and positive control group. Mice of the first two groups were poured continuously for seven days with saline, those of positive control group with suikatsugan pill solution and high, medium and low-dose groups (100, 200, 400 mg/kg) with the alkaline extract of Agaricus bisporus solution. Removed the eye and got the blood, and then measured the fasting blood glucose levels. Result: Hypoglycemic rate of high, medium and low-dose group to diabetic mice were 16.9%, 20.2% and 15.1% respectively. Hypoglycemic rate of positive control group is 25.1 %. Conclusion: Hypoglycemic effect of medium-dose group is superior to high-and low-dose group, the alkaline extract of Agaricus bisporus can significantly reduce glucose levels of hyperglycemic mice which were poured the Alloxan into the stomach.
